Stylish Parisian inspired home

Pro’s 1. Incredible location - walking distance to the beach and a variety of restaurants 2. Impeccable decor- feels like home away from home 3. Host is super friendly and welcoming- easy to communicate with 4. Accessibility and check in process seamless 5. Well equipped: hair dryer, nespresso 6. Very spacious !! Looks even better than the pictures

Concerns 1. Cleanliness (very dusty, spills in the fridge, finger marks on cupboards due to mat finish) - I ended up buying cleaning products to clean the apartment myself 2. Restock of tea/sugar/coffee - canisters were not refilled 3. No bin bags 4. No additional toilet rolls 5. No tissues 6. Dirty laundry - laundry (shed and towels) from previous guests left in the cupboard . Pictures attached show how I reset and labelled the cupboard after re washing all the linen and towels 7. Reset after previous guests: personal belongings and intimate items left in the cupboards 8. Mould in kitchen and bathrooms 9. Construction noise - cent spend any time resting in the unit beyond 07:00 10. Deliveries are difficult to get due to no buzzer or code system so need to go up and down 11. Stair well for rubbish (very unsafe) 12. Light remotes don’t work (?need new batteries) 13. Soft touch mechanism on cupboard doesn’t work well 14. Ironing board broken 15. Iron damaged 16. Clean couch - in-house machine or wash the covers: strange odour 17. Patio maintenance: bird faeces 18. RATS in the ceiling !!! 19. Construction and renovations in the apartment - lots of workmen in and out of the building so security feels compromised 20. Stair well to dustbin is very narrow so be cautious

Great apartment! It’s European‑style, the renovation is nice, it’s clean, and the bathroom is spotless (this is my top priority — I’m extremely particular about cleanliness). The bed is amazing (and that’s my second priority: comfort while sleeping is really important). The pillows and duvet are great too. Everything feels very cozy. The kitchen is well equipped: there’s dishes, a microwave, a capsule coffee machine, and even a toaster. There’s also a vacuum cleaner, an iron, and a hairdryer. The place has European‑type sockets, and there’s even an oven! The furniture is European, and the whole place is stylish, decorated in pastel tones. It was clean when I arrived. The bed linen is fresh, and the towels are soft. There’s a balcony too. Check‑in is self‑service; we got a bit confused with the code at first, but they explained it again, and the host was in touch the whole time. The location is super convenient: there are lots of restaurants around, and the food everywhere is really tasty. There’s also a good supermarket nearby. It’s easy to get anywhere from here.
