CONVENIENCE
The apartment block is located next to a small shopping centre with a Woolworths supermarket, laundromat, and dining options.
This apartment is self-serviced, with fresh towels provided every 3 – 4 days in season (Dec-Feb). Complimentary cleaning and linen change is provided weekly for guests staying longer than 7 nights. Should you need more regular servicing, this can be arranged at an extra charge of R400 per day, subject to our housekeeping team's availability.
Parking is available either on the street (free) or in the adjacent Piazza St John basement area (paid).
GUEST EXPERIENCE
This studio is on the seventh floor, accessible by elevator.
The space offers a well-equipped kitchen including a full-size fridge/freezer and washer/dryer to enable long stays. We've equipped it with all the cookware you'll need to whip up meals, including an Airfryer, as well as a Nespresso machine and coffee plunger.
The building offers a communal workspace (pictured as workspace 2) with free 50 Mbps wifi. Space is available on a first come, first served basis.
BEACH ACCESS
Nearby Clifton and Camps Bay offer world-famous sandy beaches. They can be reached easily by Uber.
Guest Access:
Guests will have pedestrian access to the building via Arthur Street. A concierge on the ground floor will manage access. The apartment is secured with an electronic smart lock linked to a unique code for your stay.

BOOKING POLICY
We reserve the right to decline booking requests from guests with ratings below 5*. This is to ensure excellent accommodation experiences for future guests and comply with building regulations.
Kindly note that we do not accept third party bookings without prior consent in writing. We will request identity information for third parties and may request guest verification.
We cannot accommodate children under 6 at this property since balconies are a risk to young children.
DATA SHARING AND PROTECTION
To ensure the safety and security of guests, we will require some information from you, including a copy of your ID or passport. Please contact us for details on our data protection and privacy approach. We will gladly explain how we keep your information safe.
RULES
Smoking is not allowed anywhere at this property. Guests contravening this rule will be fined R5,000 and be liable for any additional cleaning and repair costs incurred.
We reserve the right to immediately cancel reservations of guests breaking our house rules, including smoking, holding parties, overcrowding our property, or behaving disrespectfully towards our staff. In this case, guests will forfeit payment for unused nights.
ANIMALS
Some residents in the complex keep pets, however they will not have access to your space and you are very unlikely to encounter them during your stay.
Interaction with Guests:
We will be available to assist with any questions, concerns and issues during your stay. We will remain available on Airbnb, but are also available via mobile messaging and email.
