Temiz ve düzenli. Bir evde ihtiyacınız olan her şey mevcut, sadece saç kurutma makinesi yoktu ya da biz bulamadık. Konumu çok güzel merkezde her yere yürüme mesafesinde. Tesis iletişimi gayet güzel, sorularınıza bir kaç dakika içinde cevap veriyorlar.
Tesis etrafında bulunan kiliseden her saat başı Çan çalıyor. Gece de dahil. Bu sebeple eğer uykunuz da hafifse gece her saat başı uyanabilirsiniz.

odası temiz ve rahattı. klimanın konumu itibariyle gece boyunca açık olmasına rağmen rahatsız etmedi. küçük bir mutfak ve sıcak içecek hazırlamak için su ısıtcısı tabak çatal bıçak ve fincanlar temizdi. konumu şehir merkezinde ve her yere yakın. işletmecileri güler yüzlü ve yardımsever. Balkonu oldukça yeterliydi.
asansörün olmaması eksiklik. ayrıca duş ile lavaboyu ayıran cam bölme kısa. duş alırken banyonun önemli bir kısmına sular taşıyor. duş başlığını duvara sabitleyecek bir aparat olmaması sebebiyle duş alırken bir eliniz sürekli duş başlığını tutmak durumunda kalıyor.
