It was a good stay but more expensive than its worth

It was clean and the bed was comfortable. Everything seemed new. The balcony was relaxing. Easy check-in and out.

It is not a big deal but the studio was not as spacious as it looked on photos. I stayed there with a friend and we booked the place to have our own space. It was ok for 1 or 2 days but more than that would have been difficult.

It was not especially bad, clean room was comforting.

The facility definitely needs some renovation. Being so close to other buildings the room was very noisy especially in early mornings. Waking up with high volume discussions from next rooms or the garden, was not very pleasant.

Very nice place to stay in Mytilene

The location was the best. However if you have a car you need to be lucky to get one of the two parking spaces the property has. Maria was very helpful about it. Walkable to every nice places in the center, nice, big, brand new and clean room and it was cool considering the hot weather... Enough equipment to prepare breakfast & food if you want to... We really enjoyed our stay...

The room was very clean and there were many facilities. Mrs Maria was very helpful, kind and professional. Everything was arranged perfectly and our stay was very nice. The plan is to visit again Mytilene, and I am sure that I will book a room in Heliotrope the studios. Location is good as well. No need to hire a car. Near the bus routes to any direction.

Offers so much more than a hotel

Our stay was great, although short. These studio apartmetments offers a lot more than a hotelroom - small kitchen, balcony and separate bed- and living room. Obviously the feeeling is less "luxurious" than a hotel, but we didnt need that. Towels and linens were clean and new. Maria in the reception was extremely helpful and she knows the island and it's possibilities very well. She has a passion for the city's old houses, and if you are interested, she will happily share her knowledge with you.

Our room was ready since the morning, but we didn't receive a reply on our request to check in early, so we waited till later to arrive.

first of all, room was super x super clean. clean sheets, clean pillows, clean towels. Also there was everything like, micwave, oven, coffee machine, toaster.. so you can cook, make coffee etc. like your own house. landlady was super kind and helpfull. and was easy to check-in. towncenter and markets, as well as cafe's, restarurants and bar are very close. but also so quite. thank you for all.

Everything! Really nice place, warm, clean, in the heart of city center and great customer experience! Very friendly and hospitable host! Small detail that makes the difference, when it was raining and I’ve asked if they had an umbrella to borrow, Maria from the reception offered me her own umbrella. They were people with a big heart and I would definitely go back to this place to see again those people!

The location is very central. The room had a sweet balcony and 2 tvs, fridge, small kitchen (with seating) and also a washing machine. We were given complimentary water as well. There is also an iron and a lot of space in the cupboard.

The door of the room had some blinds on it since it had glass parts. You could see in from there. The blinds were kind of broken and bent so we couldn't really have full privacy when sitting in the kitchen.

Makes u feel like u're home again ;)

The room was so clean. The location is great to reach the main attractions in a few minutes by walk. We had a small garden to get in and the balcony was also cute. Maria was great host for us. She behaved so kind, gave us important tips for our trips in the island. We definetely want to come.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. There was a balcony with a view to a quiet back yard.

The toilet had a problem with the cistern, which kept the water running. I had to open the cistern to manually push it to stop the flushing.
