🌿 Welcome to our charming little cozy little house in Sciez, completely renovated, located in a secure condominium with a magnificent view of Lake Geneva.
With its 22 m² perfectly optimized + 10 m² of mezzanine, this little cocoon can accommodate up to 4 people and is ideal for a stay in all simplicity, in a warm and cocooning atmosphere.

Enjoy swimming, walks by the water and the magnificent sunsets over the lake, accessible in just a few steps.

🛏️ As for the sleeping areas, the maisonette has a charming mezzanine bedroom (warning: low ceiling) as well as an easy-to-open sofa bed, equipped with a real comfortable mattress for restful nights.

🍽️ The dining area is fully equipped to cook like At home: oven/microwave, induction hob, mini dishwasher, toaster, raclette machine... everything is provided for a practical and convivial stay.

🛁 The bathroom includes a bathtub ideal for relaxing after a day of excursion, as well as a hairdryer available.

☀️ Outside, enjoy your private area with barbecue, deckchairs, garden table and parasol — perfect for outdoor dining or a moment of relaxation.

🎯 Leisure activities are at your fingertips: petanque court 50 meters away (bowls not provided), beach less than 100 meters away, water sports center nearby, and 5 restaurants within walking distance to take full advantage of the area.

🚗 Ideal location to discover the region: by car, you can easily reach Yvoire, Thonon-les-Bains and the mountain resorts to enjoy both the lake and the peaks.

From July to August, enjoy the Les Eclectik's festival, organised every Thursday evening just 50 metres from the house: concerts and entertainment by the lake guaranteed.
