Lovely apartment.

The apartment is very clean, the main bedroom has ensuite and a nice view. Also it has everything we need. It is very accommodating.

The apartment is on the 3rd floor, if you have lots of heavy stuff to carry, is a bit difficult as you have to climb the stairs.

Au top!

L'appartement de Jérôme est un havre de paix où il fait bon de séjourner. Dans une résidence calme et verdoyante, un logement cosy, propre, spacieux, bien équipé, une belle et grande terrasse. On ne se lasse pas de la vue, au petit déjeuner, au déjeuner, au dîner.... Une magnifique grande chambre avec une salle de bains attenante avec vue sur la plage, le lac Léman et la Suisse. Une seconde chambre qui j'avoue contraste avec la première mais suffisante et qui reste confortable. Une salle de douche et une cuisine hyper fonctionnelle avec tout ce qu'il faut, complètent le logement sans oublier la pièce à vivre très agréable. Si la terrasse et la vue sont les supers atouts de l'appartement, à noter la plage au bas de l'immeuble avec un accès direct, où les baignades sont très appréciées des petits et des grands. Différentes brochures sont également à disposition pour avoir des idées de visites et de restaurants. Nous n'avons pas eu l'occasion de rencontrer Jérôme mais à travers de nombreux messages, il est un hôte qui se montre bienveillant et soucieux du bien-être de ses occupants. Muriel qui s'occupe de nous accueillir est une personne adorable et d'une extrême gentillesse. Je ne peux que recommander ce logement.

Coup de cœur pour ce logement calme avec une magnifique vue sur le lac

Vue imprenable sur le lac ! Un calme absolu ! Logement fonctionnel, bien équipé, confortable avec 1 salle de bains attenante à la chambre parentale et 1 salle d’eau pour la 2ème chambre. L’accueil pour la remise des clés est chaleureux et Muriel nous conseille pour les visites. Le propriétaire Jérôme est très réactif également. Nous recommandons vivement !

Einmalige Lage, fast direkt am Genfersee mit schöner Umgebung gelegen. Sehr gute Ausstattung der Wohnung und kostenloses Parken in einem geschlossenen Parkplatz mit Zugang zu der Wohnanlage. Persönliche Schlüsselübergabe optimal. Ruhige Lage. Alles Bestens

Eigentlich nichts. Das Apartment ist im 2. Stock und man muss vom Parkplatz dahin viele Treppen steigen. Kein Nachteil -sollte man nur erwähnen.

Sehr schöne und ruhige Lage am See. Gutes Restaurant und Buvette in Fussnähe

Die Lage zum spazieren und die Aussicht ist wunderschön. Ruhig. Bequeme Betten. Es ist gemütlich mit dem cheminé, wenn es bei der Übergangszeit noch kühlere Abende gibt. Im Sommer gute Möglichkeit zum Schwimmen im See oder Picknick auf dem Rasenplatz. Verschiedene Einkaugszentren in 5 Automin.

Wohnung war sauber, ausser die Küche müsste einmal " à fond" gereinigt werden. Auf der schönen Terrasse wären Liegestühle ein plus.😉
