IMPORTANT POLICIES & HOUSE RULES

- Guest Capacity: Maximum of 28 overnight guests.

- Age Requirement: Primary booker must be at least 25 years of age.

- Rental Verification: Signed rental agreement and government ID required for booking.

- Waiver Requirement: Signed pool and hot tub liability waiver required for all reservations.

- Hot Tub Heating: Complimentary nightly hot tub heating from 7:00 PM to 11:00 PM.

- Pool Heating: Available during cooler months for $50/day with 24-hour advance notice.

- Pool Maintenance: Scheduled pool service occurs on Tuesdays and/or Saturdays.

- Exterior security cameras: At the front door, pool areas, parking area, and rooftop terrace.

- Property Rules: Strictly non-smoking and non-vaping property. No pets allowed.

- Event Restrictions: No commercial events, or sale of food, drinks, products or ticketed events



Feel free to bring your beach towels, toys, chairs, or other items for your stay.



In the event that a settlement is required due to any disputes, the other party must agree to and sign a resolution agreement. This document will outline the terms of the settlement and ensure that both parties fully agree to those terms.
