Newly built in 2026, it has completely private living quarters with enhanced sound insulation between suites for a peaceful stay.

- Shared 1,200 sq ft rooftop terrace with bar, fireplace, sunset views, and ocean breezes

- Spacious living, dining, and kitchen areas

- 5-minute walk to the beach on a direct sidewalk + free oceanfront parking

- Purpose-built with superior sound barriers between suites, providing exceptional privacy and minimal noise transfer

- 1 block from North Myrtle Beach, Atlantic Beach is on the National Register of Historic Places, making it a protected and historic landmark

- One other guest may stay in the “Sunrise Suite”, while your living spaces remain completely private

Guest Access:

Guests in the Sunset Lower Suite enjoy full access to the lower level of the property along with designated outdoor spaces. This includes exclusive use of the lower suite living areas and bedrooms, plus access to the shared rooftop for elevated coastal views. There is a private pool and hot tub assigned to the lower unit is also included for guest use.



The Neighborhood:

Located at 611 30th Ave in Atlantic Beach, this property sits in a quiet coastal neighborhood just a short distance from the beach. Guests are close to wide sandy shoreline access, perfect for morning walks, beach days, and sunset views. The location offers a relaxed coastal setting while still being just a short drive from dining, shopping, golf, and all the attractions of the Grand Strand.



Getting Around:

Parking for 3 vehicles in the side lot. Several additional spots on the street (subject to availability).



Other Things to Note:

IMPORTANT POLICIES AND RULES

- Pool/hot tub waiver required must be signed for every reservation

- Hot tub heating runs nightly from 7 PM – 11 PM.

- Pool heating is available during cooler months for $50/day with 24‑hour notice.

- Pools: Cleaning on Tuesdays & Saturdays

- Exterior cameras: Front door, pools, parking area, rooftop terrace

- Rental agreement plus matching ID required to make reservation

- Max overnight guests: 28

- Minimum age to book: 25

- Strictly non-smoking and non-vaping property

- No pets



Feel free to bring your beach towels, toys, chairs, or other items for your stay.



In the event that a settlement is required due to any disputes, the other party must agree to and sign a resolution agreement. This document will outline the terms of the settlement and ensure that both parties fully agree to those terms.
