Please note: You will have access to 1 of the pool & hot tubs, not both. A waiver is also required to be signed prior to using the pool and hot tub. If you'd like both, please look for our 'Black Pearl Estate - Entire Property' listing. "The Celebration/Gathering Room is not included with Sunset Suite rentals. There is another suite above you, the upper suite (Sunrise). The entire property is not accessible.

In addition to your private patio, guests also enjoy rooftop access (the rooftop - 1200 sq ft - is a group area that may have guests from the Sunrise suite as well - this is NOT a private space), offering a unique space to unwind after a day at the beach. The rooftop area has a hardwired fireplace, patio seating, and a large bluetooth speaker.

Guest Access:

Guests in the Sunset Lower Suite enjoy full access to the lower level of the property along with designated outdoor spaces. This includes exclusive use of the lower suite living areas and bedrooms, plus access to the shared rooftop for elevated coastal views. There is a private pool and hot tub assigned to the lower unit is also included for guest use.



The Neighborhood:

Located at 611 30th Ave in Atlantic Beach, this property sits in a quiet coastal neighborhood just a short distance from the beach. Guests are close to wide sandy shoreline access, perfect for morning walks, beach days, and sunset views. The location offers a relaxed coastal setting while still being just a short drive from dining, shopping, golf, and all the attractions of the Grand Strand.



Getting Around:

Parking for 3 vehicles in the side lot. Several additional spots on the street (subject to availability).



Other Things to Note:

Feel free to bring your beach towels, toys, chairs, or other items for your stay.

IMPORTANT NOTE:

1. Guests are kindly asked to complete a rental agreement and upload a valid ID that matches the name of the booker on the agreement. If the form is not signed or the information does not match the reservation, the reservation may need to be canceled in accordance with our cancellation policy.



2. A waiver is also required to be signed prior to using the pool and hot tub.



3. In the event that a settlement is required due to any disputes, the other party must agree to and sign a resolution agreement. This document will outline the terms of the settlement and ensure that both parties fully agree to those terms.

By the HOA guidelines, we kindly ask that the booking guest needs to be at least 25 years of age or older
