Summary:
This inviting home has a spacious backyard to relax outdoors by the pool underneath the covered patio, BBQ, and enjoy sitting around the fire pit in the evenings. The home features a large dining area and new vinyl wood flooring in all the bedrooms so there is no carpet throughout the home! There is a foosball table, desk to work/study from home, and an oversized loft area to relax! When you're ready to discover what Las Vegas has to offer, the strip is a quick 20 min drive - only 8 miles away!
The Space:
This 2200 square foot home features a brand new Samsung Smart TV so you can connect easily to all your streaming accounts! The large kitchen and two living room areas make it easy to spend quality time with family or friends. Or relax by yourself in the large soaking tub in the primary bedroom! With the laundry room upstairs, it makes it convenient to get your laundry done during longer stays! The home has plenty of room indoors or out for a comfortable stay!
Spa heat is complimentary and easy to use by a remote control at the home. Pool heating is also available for $150 for the first day and $50 for each consecutive day (need advance notice - it takes 24 hours to get up to temp and you don’t need to heat all days of your stay).

Guest Access:
This is a completely private home, including the backyard with a pool and spa, and no one else will be residing on the property during your stay. Please note that the garage is utilized as owner storage space and is not accessible to guests.
For your convenience, there is a 2-car driveway available for parking. While additional street parking is permitted, we kindly ask that you remain mindful of our neighbors and ensure you are not blocking any neighboring driveways or access ways at any time.
The Neighborhood:
The home is located in the desirable Southwest area of Las Vegas. Within 1 mile you will find an abundance of grocery stores, restaurants, bars, shopping, Starbucks, Wal Mart, Target and endless other options! The strip is just 8 miles away, Red Rock for hiking is just 15 min away and the easy access to freeway makes anything else close in the city!
Getting Around:
There are 2 parking spaces(driveway) at the home if you would like to bring your own car or rent a car. Uber and Lyft are also readily available in the city.
Other Things to Note:
The bath towels provided can also be used for pool towels. However, if you want separate pool towels we recommend you bringing your own.
