When you want to relax outside there is a pool, spa, propane BBQ and propane fire pit table making it the perfect home to relax and unwind!

• Complimentary heated spa that is automated and turns on with a simple press of one button

• Foosball Table

• Water and Ice dispenser

• Three Smart TVs (one in primary bedroom) so you can stream all your favorite shows by logging into your own account

• Bath Tubs

Guest Access:

Guests have access to the entire home including private pool/spa, single garage and laundry room. This is a completely private home there is no one else that will be on property during your stay.



The Neighborhood:

This home is located in North Las Vegas just 20 min to the famous Las Vegas strip! There are grocery stores, restaurants, coffee shops less than 2 miles away! Airport is also only a 25 min drive.



Getting Around:

Uber and Lyft are readily available in Las Vegas. You are also welcome to bring your car or drive a rental car. Garage and driveway parking are available. Additionally, you can park directly in front of the home. No parking is allowed in front of neighbor’s homes. Public transportation such as buses are also available in Las Vegas.



Other Things to Note:

Per city regulations, there is one front camera and one backyard camera. There are no cameras indoors.



The bath towels provided can also be used for pool towels. However, if you want separate pool towels we recommend you bringing your own.
