House fit our needs perfectly for a large group. The place was clean, had all the amenities we needed and was stocked with lots of coffee and a bag of ice in freezer. When we had questions or we needed anything, Sukreet responded quickly (eg sent out laundry soap delivery within 12 hours).
Neighborhood generally quiet, but a little sketchy (though we never had any problems). Musty smell in bedroom nearest dining area. Wifi system worked okay but wanted user to input email and personal information.

Clean spacious accessible, accessible, convenient location
The air conditioning unit could be improved because the whole house was not completely air-conditioned. Specially the back room towards the backyard that has a sliding glass door.
