Summary:
Unwind, relax and settle in! This home features a huge kitchen island for cooking or gathering around for conversations. Indoors has a foosball table, brand new Samsung smart TVs in living room and primary and a huge sunken tub in primary bathroom! Stylish features include a barn door and glass sinks! It has been remodeled with beautiful wood-like flooring and tile so there’s no carpet at all! Outdoor haven with a large private pool, spa, and firepit area already has wood stocked for your use!
The Space:
This single story home is situated on a large corner lot which gives you added privacy from neighbors. All kitchen amenities are included such as dishes, pots and pans, cooking utensils, Keurig coffee machine with K-cups, blender, toaster, and wine glasses. Washer/Dryer/Iron/Ironing board are available. Towels, Shampoo, Conditioner, Body Wash and Hair Dryers are also available in each bathroom. There are no separate pool towels but you are welcome to use the towels provided for either bath or pool and there is a full-size washer and dryer available with detergent and dryer sheets.
Spa heat is complimentary and easy to use. The pool does not have the capability of being heated.

Guest Access:
You will have access to the entire home including the garage and private fenced in backyard with private pool/spa. No one else is on the property during your stay.
The Neighborhood:
Less than a mile away you will find Smith’s grocery store, coffee shops, many different kinds of restaurants from fast food to sit down, and gas stations. Only 25 min drive to the north end of the Las Vegas strip and 30 min to Harry Reid International Airport. Great location for everything you need!
Getting Around:
Uber and Lyft are readily available in Las Vegas. You are also welcome to bring your car or drive a rental car. Garage and driveway parking are available. Additionally, you can park directly in front of the home. No parking is allowed in front of neighbor’s homes. Public transportation such as buses are also available in Las Vegas.
