Summary:
This single story home has all you need with an open floor plan well suited for family time or to gather with friends. The spacious backyard features a covered patio, pool, spa and propane BBQ. Indoors has been newly refreshed with all new paint and laminate wood-like flooring. Conveniently located next to shops, restaurants and bars. Additionally, the Las Vegas strip is just 20 min away!
The Space:
Kitchen amenities include dishes, pots and pans, cooking utensils, Keurig coffee machine with K-cups, blender, toaster, and wine glasses. Washer/Dryer/Iron/Ironing board available. Towels, Shampoo, Conditioner, Body Wash and Hair Dryers are also offered in each bathroom.
Please inquire about the cost of spa heat for your stay. Heating the pool is $150 for the first day and $50 for each consecutive day (need advance notice - it takes 24 hours to get up to temp and you don’t need to heat all days of your stay).

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire home including private pool/spa, garage and laundry room. This is a completely private home there is no one else that will be on property during your stay.
The Neighborhood:
The home is within a mile of grocery stores, coffee shops, restaurants and bars. Walmart is only 2 miles away and Target is 4 miles away. It has many shops and eateries to choose from in very close proximity! The famous Las Vegas strip is only a 20 min drive and the airport is a 25 min drive.
Getting Around:
Uber and Lyft are readily available in Las Vegas. You are also welcome to bring your car or drive a rental car. Garage and driveway parking are available. Additionally, you can park directly in front of the home. No parking is allowed in front of neighbor’s homes. Public transportation such as buses are also available in Las Vegas.
