Room and building access is via code, provided on check in. Part way through our stay we were emailed a new code. On returning to our room, we found neither the new or old code worked. We tried to contact the property, first via their online portal that provided the door code, then via the instructions on the portal, no response, then through Agoda, it took an hour of sitting outside our room to regain access. Even once contact was established there seemed to be no urgency, waiting 10 minutes between messages. The issue wasn't with the door system, it was the lack of support in place to resolve the situation promptly if you don't have staff on site.
The mattress was upside down, so there was nothing between you and the springs. We had to flip it back over so we could sleep, clearly had been flipped because of the staining.
Apart from this the location is convenient for the MRT and local food options are good.

I stayed for 5 nights 6 days (aprox 350/night)
pros - its really close to Mrt, 7/11 and top right in front of the building.
Somtum & order restaurant close by.
They don’t have regular cleaner I stayed for 5 nights & only got 4 bottle of water for 5 night. Brought my own tissue and trash bag . It is self check in. So it may be harder foreigner to communicate with the admin to get in. Facilities ,they got coffee maker but no microwave.
But for the price i got i did not mind at all. I would say it is good for introvert people since you do not have to communicate much to get in.
