    When we arrived, there’s no staff in the reception. We waited for couple of minutes until we decided to call the property contact number indicated here in Agoda. Then we were instructed to get our room tap card in the reception table. They should have left written instructions that this is a self service checked in/out. As for the room, AC is working but there’s only 1 power outlet with two socket. We had to buy extension cord/outlet so we can charge our devices. Bed mattress and pillows are not that soft. The shower room gets flooded every time we take bath.

    While the location was decent enough to get around, the rest of the experience was highly disappointing. The cleanliness was significantly lacking, and the staff seemed indifferent when we raised concerns, which made for an uncomfortable trip. The facilities were poorly maintained—several were out of order—and it certainly did not feel like good value for the price paid. I would not stay here again.
