Caminho Apartment

The place is clean and has good facilities. It’s also really big and comfortable

I asked the host if I could drop my luggage off; he kindly said yes, bring it at 11. I arrived 15 mins early, texted the host and he asked us to wait until 11 which was no problem. At 11, we called and texted him asking which apartment number, as this was not shown on the listing. He didn’t reply for 40 mins, whilst we stood in the hot sun. We ended up walking with our heavy luggage and paid money for storage whilst waiting to hear back from him. He then called me back and told me off repeatedly for not being there. He says we should have rung the door bell - presumably he thinks I should have walked up and down the road pressing every bell of every flat in every building until we found the right one. He refused to check up in at any other time so we had to walk all the way back. Great place, rude host.
