Todas as instalações impecáveis, em excelente estado, tudo novo e a funcionar perfeitamente. Realmente um espaço de excelência. Estiveram sempre atentos aos meus pedidos e foram extremamente resolutivos. Muito, muito recomendável.
Só para encontrar algum ponto a melhorar, diria que na cozinha fariam falta alguns itens de cortesia, como azeite, sal, vinagre, açúcar… essas coisas básicas que qualquer viajante não deveria ter de sair para comprar caso precise.
Outra questão é que no duche não existe um suporte para colocar o sabonete ou os artigos de higiene pessoal.
De resto, extraordinário.

Location was perfect. Quiet yet close to train & bus stations. Viana is so walkable, we were able to explore on foot and see a wide range of city’s attractions. Bed was comfortable, kitchen & laundry facilities convenient and bathroom was clean.
A few more standard kitchen supplies would be nice: Salt, pepper and other non- perishable food preparation items would make the kitchen more useful for meals other than breakfast. Paper or more kitchen towels, and cleaning supplies for wiping surfaces would help guests maintain cleanliness during longer stays.
