I had a great stay at this apartment. Everything is new, clean, and very well organized. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the utensils and appliances you might need, making it easy to prepare meals. The apartment also has two air conditioners and a washing machine, which made the stay even more comfortable. There is a small seating area in the ventilation courtyard, which is a nice place to relax. The location is excellent—close to supermarkets and restaurants, while the neighborhood itself is quiet, safe, and peaceful. A special thanks to Markos, who manages the property. He was extremely helpful, responsive, and trustworthy throughout my stay. I highly recommend this place and would gladly stay here again.

The only downside is that you need to walk about 15–20 minutes to reach the nearest metro station or bus stops if you want to get to the city center. However, this is not an issue if you have a car. The apartment does not have a private parking space. Free street parking is available in front of the building, although finding a spot can sometimes be difficult. That said, this is a common situation throughout Athens. You can easily unload your luggage in front of the apartment and then find a parking space on one of the nearby streets.
