    Extra large room ( Studio type ) with double AC, double King size bed with balcony terrace facing the Grandworld 'Venice canal'. The staffs or host are free and easy just D.I.Y it ourselves upon check-in without difficulty and stress.

    The room was spacious, but unfortunately, the service was disappointing. There was no staff member at the reception desk, so whenever we needed anything, we had to contact them via WhatsApp and wait for someone to come. After housekeeping cleaned the room and changed the towels, they took away three towels but only replaced them with one bath towel and one face towel. After a long day out, the last thing we wanted was to WhatsApp the staff and wait again just to get enough towels. Complimentary mineral water was only provided upon arrival and was never replenished throughout our stay. The shower water and the water from the bidet were extremely hot, making it very difficult to adjust the temperature comfortably. Upon arrival, the staff told us that our booking could not be found in their system. We had booked through Agoda, but they were searching for our reservation under “***” on the *** app instead. The staff seemed very flustered and unprepared, which made the check-in process unnecessarily stressful. Another major inconvenience was the lack of a lift. We had to carry our luggage all the way up to the third floor, which was exhausting. Overall, although the room was spacious, the poor service, lack of basic amenities, difficult check-in process, and absence of a lift made our stay much less comfortable than expected. The management should improve their service and pay more attention to guests’ basic needs.
