Behind a private gated entry, a covered carport with EV charging makes coming and going simple, and tucked between the carport and the house is a firepit lounge with comfortable outdoor seating — an easy place to gather after a day out exploring the city. Inside, the open-concept main level is filled with natural light. A gourmet Thermador kitchen anchored by a generous island flows into the dining area and a designer-furnished living room, where a 75-inch TV with 5.1 surround sound sets up movie nights and game-day afternoons. Massive sliding glass doors open the living space right out to a sun-drenched deck and a 20-by-10-foot private saltwater plunge pool, ideal for a morning dip or an unhurried afternoon of lounging. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation. Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee.
