About this house rental
If you book on VRBO and cancel there will be a 3% fee. The competing US platform doesn`t have this fee.
House built in 2024 replaced a previous unit. New heated pool, hot tub and patio with misting fans that can lower the temp 15 degrees in low humidity.
Stay home or enjoy S Austin. Minutes to downtown, Zilker Park, Auditorium Shores, S Congress, S Lamar and S 1st.
Walk to the lake, bars, music venues and restaurants. Short walk to Whole Foods and Trader Joe.
New house with 5 bedrooms with king size beds, loft are with 4 single and a double bed. heated pool, hot tub, huge patio with outdoor kitchen, cooling mist fans, ping pong table.
You get the whole space to yourself. Keypad lock on side door.
Access to everything except the attach, 2 hall supply closets and the AC closet.
3 stack washer dryers. One near the pool and 2 on the second floor.
As requested.
Very close to restaurants and parks. Two blocks from Barton Springs RD and Butler Park, Palmer Center and Long Center.
Dawson is a great neighborhood because you can literally walk to many attractions and downtown.

The house was in a perfect location. The whole family enjoyed the pool & ping pong, I Really enjoyed the misters on the patio. Nice & well stocked kitchen & all appliances very new. This lovely house made our trip to Austin a vacation to remember!

The property was fantastic! New and modern, open floor plan where kitchen dining and living flow together. There were plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms and sleeping was very comfortable. Close to Zilker Park and the hike and bike trail so many places were easily walkable. The owner was generous, allowing us to check in early. He was accessible and really easy to work with. I highly recommend this property!!
