Our 3 bedroom/3 bath villa has been professionally decorated and is fully stocked with all the comforts of home! Spread out in this stunning 2200 sq ft spacious St. George, Utah vacation home that sleeps up to 11. Featuring 2 King Master Ensuites with large walk-in closets. The 3rd bedroom features a full over full bunk with pull out single trundle. Our Villa is all one level with a pool view. Book Today!

You will enjoy cooking and entertaining in this luxury kitchen. Featuring Stainless steel appliances as well as a side by side refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, oven, and separate gas stove top. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to make Thanksgiving dinner for 11 guests.
The living room includes comfortable couches and chairs, and a large flat screen TV. You will also enjoy the large patio overlooking the Bloomington Country Club and Pool. The balcony features patio furniture to enjoy the warm desert breeze.
* Home is dog friendly and we do not charge a pet fee for one small dog. If you have more than 1 dog or if your dog is larger than 17 pounds - please inquire. We have made exceptions and absolutely willing to consider - pet fee may apply for larger/additional dogs. Please send us a message. We are happy to help!

Guest have access to the entire property with the exception of a section of the cabinets in the laundry room. There are NO shared spaces in the home and all in-home amenities are available to use.

The pool will be heated and open from President's Day thru Thanksgiving weekend. The spa will be heated and open year round.
President's Day weekend - April 15th: 10am-9pm
April 16th - Labor Day: 9am - 9pm
After Labor Day - Thanksgiving weekend: 10am-9pm
--> We do not accept Check-ins or Check-Outs on Thanksgiving or Christmas Day. Those are the only 2 days of the year that we give our team (cleaners/inspectors/maintenance) the day off as they work every other day including holidays. I am sure you understand the importance of spending Thanksgiving and Christmas Day with family.
* Need more space for a larger group? We have luxury studio suites, 4 bedroom, 5 bedroom and even 6 bedroom/6 bathroom that sleeps up to 30!
