Your key fob will also grant you access to the Springs Social Spa, an oversized hot tub area located on the corner of Marilla and Akoya Pearl Street. This is a gated area that a limited number of properties will have access to. The spa hours are 10 am to 10 pm.

At roughly 2.5 acres of surface area and sandy beaches, The Shores Resort Lagoon is the largest private body of water in the St. George area. The lagoon is the perfect place to swim, kayak, paddleboard, and much more! Recreation equipment can be rented on-site, as well as golf carts and cabanas. Two gorgeous resort pools, oversized hot tubs, ample shaded seating, and 10-foot fire tables are just the beginning of the offerings at The Shores Resort. The Desert Color community hosts fun activities throughout the year—like rooftop yoga, kid’s crafts, food truck nights, and even dive-in movies on the big screen at the pool or lagoon. These events are offered on a rotating basis, so be sure to check the Desert Color event calendar for the latest schedule during your stay!

The hot tub was a hit. The layout was perfect for our growing family. The neighborhood, location and amenities were great. The host was amazingly and I will be back.

Simple, clean townhome at the awesome Deseret Color location. We were a small group of 5 and were able to walk 2 minutes to the Lagoon each morning. 2nd time visiting thought Red Rock Management and they are VERY supportive. Go and Beat the Heat!

We enjoyed our stay, but there were a few problems:
Garage door not working, nor could we access easily after fix. Where is remote?
Ice maker not working, as well as refrigerator so cold our food FROZE.
I found dirty blankets that needed to be washed in master.
Spa clean people, should have come before our stay, not during, as we should not be expected to deal with cleaning nor repair people during our vacation.
Garage door needs to be attended too, as it sounds horrible, as if it might fall at any minute.
Access easy, location great. Really like Desert Color.
