Work or play in this spacious retreat. After full days of hiking, golf, or cresting the nearby sand dunes of Sand Hollow, you can access the community pool and hot tub just steps from our front door. Both are heated year-round. Oversized parking is available in the neighborhood for trailers and boats. Got noisy teens? Our convenient floor plan lures them upstairs to the game loft, with board games, table games and a 55" flat screen. An accessible suite for grandma is located near the main entrance with no stairs. Fast internet and work desks in both master bedrooms make remote work easy.
Nestled in Washington, we are close to the freeway, OHV trails, Zion, and playing fields. And we splurged on great mattresses!
