With panoramic views of Big Bay Creek, the South Edisto River, the Marina, and the sparkling community pool all unfolding from two private covered decks, this spacious three-bedroom, three-bath retreat is a front-row seat to everything that makes Edisto so extraordinarily beautiful. From the first sunrise to the last golden sunset over the South Edisto River, you will not want to leave.
The Home
Step inside and the open, well-appointed layout welcomes you immediately. The fully equipped kitchen flows seamlessly into the open dining and living area, creating a comfortable and connected space for the whole group to gather. A sliding glass door leads directly to the first covered deck, where the corner location delivers exceptional and unobstructed vantage points of the water, the creek, and the constant, fascinating activity of the marina below. Whether you are sipping morning coffee as the shrimp boats head out or settling in with an evening cocktail as the pelicans make their final passes over Big Bay Creek.
A hallway to the right of the living area leads to all three bedrooms and a convenient laundry closet, keeping the living spaces open and uncluttered throughout.
