Upstairs features mini-split AC/heat in each room for independent temperature control. Relax in the hot tub on the basement level after enjoying the game room complete with pool table, air hockey, and multi-cade. Please keep in mind that Douglas Lake is TVA water level controlled lake. The water level is significantly lowered in the late fall/winter and starts to raise again around late spring/early summer. Access from the dock may not be possible during these times, however there are YEAR-ROUND water views.

Guest access
You'll have access to the whole home and grounds, including the private dock.
Keyless entry is provided at the front door of the home. A code will be provided prior to check-in.

You'll also have access to the hot tub, which is secured with a padlock. The code will be provided prior to check-in.

Other things to note
- Do not leave food or trash outside of designated bins.
- Do not feed any wildlife.
- This home is next to wooded areas, as a result, critters & insects are present. This includes swarming bugs, hoot owls, turkey, deer, raccoons, snakes and other wildlife! Share their environment responsibly. Keep all screens closed, and close doors behind you. Keep all food inside when not eating. NO REFUNDS are given for such natural occurring wildlife.
- In winter, roads may not be salted; 4WD/AWD vehicles are recommended if snow or ice is expected.
- Power outages, while rare, can happen during storms. Batteries and flashlights are in the drawer of the coffee bar.
-Douglas lake is a flood control lake and therefore lake levels may fluctuate without warning. Lake levels do drop significantly in the winter months (October to mid-May roughly). However, this home has year-round water views, though water access from the dock varies.
- Fire Pit: Please keep all fires contained within the fire pit at all times. Do not use the fire pit during windy conditions, as this can create a fire hazard. During periods of dry weather, local authorities may implement a burn ban. If we are notified of a fire ban, we will do our best to inform you as soon as possible. Guests are responsible for complying with all local burn restrictions.

Please note that upon requesting to book, a waiver of liability will be sent to the requesting guest. The waiver pertains to the waterfront, dock, and hot tub. A signed waiver is required to complete the reservation. If bringing a dog, a separate liability agreement is required.
