About this house rental

Beautiful 4 bedroom cabin located close to Douglas Lake, boat ramp within few minutes of cabin. 20 minutes to Sevierville, Each bedroom has 32 inch smart tv with Direct tv also. Living room has 65” smart tv has pool table hot tub and pacman game console. Big hot tub on upper balconyLarge Yard with firepit. .Absolutely no smoking inside of any kind!! $300 smoking fee if you smoked in the cabin

Was a great place! Only 1 shower though so makes getting ready to go places tough.

Communication was horrible. I mentioned the overflowing trash to the host several times. It was overflowing when I arrived and absolutely stank by the time we left. The hot tub has no cover on one of the things that pulls water in and one of the ladies legs got pulled into it and bruised. The steps into the hot tub are sure wobbly and slide so be careful getting in and out. Outlet covers in nearly every room aren’t secure and come out when you unplug something. Upstairs had no ac no matter how many times I tried to adjust the thermostat. Super cold downstairs sweating upstairs. Grab bar in shower is broken. Ceiling fans in one of the rooms doesn’t work. It served its purpose which was to gather our tiny ladies Bible study group to focus on studies. It was in a decent location except getting on and off the road it was located on.
