At Villa Bichette you feel good.
This beautiful farmhouse 8 minutes from the beaches will seduce you with its atypical spaces designed for large groups and families.
Bathrooms in each bedroom, huge living room on the entire first floor, large central kitchen, billiards, 2 fireplaces/living room at each end.
For beach returns: outdoor shower and kitchen, garden furniture, table tennis, petanque court, barbecue and plancha.
Green Up socket.
Cleaning by you or package proposed.
The house is equipped for large tables, family reunions, reunions with friends.
Everything is designed for practical logistics, absolute comfort and privacy for everyone.
🍽️ First floor – living spaces
The first floor offers large volumes dedicated to conviviality. Here you will find a bathroom with toilet, a large fully equipped kitchen with a central island and high stools, as well as a large dining table for group meals.
Two separate living rooms, each with fireplace, invite you to relax. A billiards area as well as a bar and music area complete this warm and lively living space, ideal for extending the evenings.
🛏️ Upstairs – sleeping area
The sleeping area reveals 5 refined bedrooms, each inspired by a soft and natural atmosphere, inviting relaxation and escape:
• "Ocean", with bluish accents, invites calm with its 160×200 double bed.
• "Cloud", in soothing shades of grey, also offers a 160×200 double bed.
"Sable", in warm beige tones, is equipped with a 160×200 double bed.
Le Repaire des Mousses, a dormitory spirit elegantly revisited, is ideal for group stays: it has 4 single beds 90×200 (modular into 2 double beds 180×200), a double bed 140×200 as well as a mezzanine with a single bed, creating a friendly and functional space.
Finally, "Le Nid", a real cocoon full of charm, offers an intimate space with a BZ on the main level and a double bed on the mezzanine (140×200), perfect for a moment of softness and tranquility.
In terms of comfort, four bedrooms have their own private bathrooms, a configuration designed to combine privacy and conviviality.
A bright corridor with a relaxation area (sofa and library) completes the floor.
🌿 Exteriors
The 80m² terrace, designed as a real living space. It offers an ideal setting for meals and moments of relaxation: large garden furniture, two large tables, summer kitchen, barbecue and plancha.
Leisure activities are on the agenda with a petanque court, a ping-pong table (rackets and balls provided) and the game of mölkky.
At the front of the house, garden and terrace extend the convivial spaces. At the back, a second garden is being developed.
📍 Access & environment
You can park directly in front of the house or on the central driveway. A Green'Up socket is available for charging electric vehicles.
Located in a quiet location, the villa benefits from a privileged environment, between fields and forest edge. You are only 3 minutes from the market town of Camoël and 8 minutes from the beaches of Pénestin. 30 minutes from the Gulf of Morbihan or La Baule
🐾 Practical information
Pets are allowed, provided that they stay exclusively outside the house.
Lucille, from the Conciergerie Les Idées du Large, will be your contact before and during your stay, and will do everything possible to make your holiday as pleasant as possible.
You will find on site everything you need to start your stay: coffee, tea, salt, pepper, oil, vinegar, toilet paper, soap, shampoo, as well as a complete welcome booklet to quickly organize yourself and discover this beautiful corner of Morbihan.
For your comfort, we provide bath mats, hand towels and dish towels. You can bring your own sheets and towels or use a rental service.
You will find the house in a very clean state. You will make sure to leave it as clean when you leave. (Check List in the welcome booklet to help you not forget anything).
If you do not wish to manage the cleaning, a flat rate is offered.
Some practical services, to be requested before arriving:
- Travel cot, baby chair: Free
- Bed linen for 2 people (duvet cover, fitted sheet, 2 pillowcases): 15€, your bed is made on arrival.
- Bed linen for 1 person: 10€, bed made on arrival.
