Large house well located in Herbignac composed of 5 bedrooms and having 9 beds of 2 people.
On the ground floor:
- Large living room with fitted kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster ...) + sofa bed convertible sleeping 2 people
- Large veranda with table football + sofa bed
- Indoor heated pool area with spa (40 m² pool)
+ Shower and WC + laundry area (washing machine + dryer)
- 2 bedrooms (1 with 1 sofa bed + 1 other with 1 sofa bed + 1 double bed)
- 1 dressing room and 1 bathroom with balneo shower + large bath
- 1 separate toilet
Upstairs :
- 1 mezzanine with 1 sofa bed 2 people
- 1 bathroom with shower and toilet
- 1 large bedroom with 1 sofa bed and 1 double bed (+ dressing room)
- 1 through bedroom with 1 sofa bed for 2 persons + 1 cot for baby
- 1 bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 sofa bed
Outside: large plot of 1600 m² + large terrace with barbecue + 2 sunbaths for 2 people
Possibility to rent bed linen and towels for 8 € per person per stay
If the cleaning is not done or you do not want to do it, we ask you 250 €.
If you want extended hours, arrival before 16h and / or departure after 12h, we ask a supplement of 50 € to be paid on your arrival.
