Whether you're planning a business trip to Dell HQ or a fun family getaway in Round Rock, this single-story home offers space, comfort, and convenience. The location can't be beat - around the corner from Waffle Love (the local food truck made famous by Food Network), less than a mile from the Dell campus, and an easy drive from Kalahari Indoor Waterpark (three miles), Typhoon Texas Waterpark (six miles), and the Round Rock Premium Outlets (six miles).
No matter how you spend your days, it's a pleasure coming home to the property's lovely outdoor space. Head out back to watch your kids play tag in the yard, light the gas grill for a barbecue dinner, and settle in on cushioned seats on the shaded rear patio.
The living space is all on one level, with central air conditioning and complimentary WiFi keeping you comfortable throughout. Carpet only in bedrooms so it is easier to stay clean. Nice stove although the kitchen is not well stocked with utensils. Directions for opening the front door are inadequate.

The house itself is nice. It is spacious, well furnished and was super clean. The only negative (which is no fault of the homeowner) is that the neighborhood isn’t the most well kept. Several neighboring yards overgrown, etc. That being said, we had no negative incidents to speak of.

House was comfortable and located with easy access to major highways. Neighborhood looks a little sketchy with some nearby houses not very well maintained but we did not encounter issues with this house or any neighbors. The RR dog park is about a 2 mile walk and we visited there a couple of times. Yard is nice and big enough for my two dogs to have plenty of room to run around. The door codes I was furnished did not work (there were two separate codes). To gain entrance to the house I had to call management and, fortunately, there were keys in a lockbox that allowed me to bypass the coded entry lock. After gaining entrance to the house, everything else functioned properly.

This house was super cute. Very clean and very nice decor. Comfiest bed I’ve ever had at a Vrbo house! Great for a trip w kiddos lots of bunk beds. Would recommend.
