About this house rental
Create memories that will last a lifetime of your thrilling trip to the Lone Star State at Bear Creek Modern! This picturesque split-level home has enough space for your entire group; everyone will be able to spread out comfortably. Inside, you can find a cozy and inviting living area, which is the perfect place to gather with your friends for a fun-filled movie night. The fireplace adds comfort to the equation. A pull-out sofa bed is also available in the living area. There is another small lounge area equipped with comfortable and colorful furnishing, a piano, a guitar, and even two bookcases. Near the main living area, you can also find a classic Galaga arcade cabinet! The kitchen is spacious and features everything you need and more to whip up memorable full-course meals for the entire group. Two sets of French doors open it up to a large patio overlooking the backyard featuring a private pool and hot tub. This away-from-it-all getaway is located on a sprawling five-and-a-half acres, with plenty of lush space where your lovely dog can freely run around and exercise.

Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.
All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Please note that because the pool is serviced Mondays at 3 pm, it is unusable from 3 pm until 11 pm on Mondays. This schedule cannot be changed.
This property is not close to public transportation, and ride shares generally take about 20-30 minutes to arrive after requested.
The owner is a music producer and has a recording studio on the property next door to the house. He may be present at times when working on an album with artists. However, the studio is very well soundproofed and his presence will always be non-intrusive and respectful of guests. The studio has separate parking and a separate gate entrance that stays open for studio users. If you would like to close this gate, for your pets to roam, you are welcome to. The rest of the property is exclusively for your use.

We ABSOLUTELY loved this house! The large open concept 1st floor accommodated our group with ease. We enjoyed morning coffee and evening cocktails on the large deck looking over the Hill Country. Although we visited in April, we swam in the pool and relaxed in the hot tub (when it was working). Everyone slept comfortably in the quiet surroundings.Our concerns were based on the cleanliness of the house, front steps, pool and pool deck. We spent a fair amount of our time cleaning cobwebs out and wiping bugs off window sills. We also spent several hours cleaning dirty towels and leaf debris from the pool and pool deck. We also raised concerns as the hot tub did not work consistently. Vasca was very responsive whenever I reached out to them. They often told me a team member from the area would contact me to provide support- but no one reached out to provide support.Even though we had a few concerns, we would 100% stay here again! We appreciate the homes location to Austin and the Dripping Springs area. I would 100% recommend this home for your next trip to the Austin area!

We absolutely loved this house highly recommend!! the team was responsive. The house was perfect and very clean. The pool was amazing. Bring extra propane, but other that it was amazing!

House was very good for a family fun atmosphere and relaxing. Only left for groceries and was able to enjoy a weeks stay. Very nice.
