This 1565 square feet home has four designer bedrooms, perfect for families, traveling friends, and business retreats.
Bedroom one features a King-size bed with stylish nightstands and a TV. Enjoy the views outside the house by the window. Bedroom one has a large private bathroom attached with a large shower and double sink.
The second room is a dedicated office space with queen over twin bunk and an extra twin bed.
The third bedroom offers a twin/twin day bed.
Finally, the fourth room is a garage conversion offering a king bed, couch and smart TV

After a long day exploring Downtown, come home and unwind in one of the two full bathrooms.
The first full bathroom has a walk-in shower with intricate tiles and wooden mirror frames.
The second bathroom has a stylish walk-in shower and a tub. There is also a mirrored vanity with two faucets.
We provide you with shower gel, hair shampoo, and conditioner so you don’t have to add them to your luggage.

We rented this property for the week as we performed work at a job in the area. The property was nice, well-kept and comfortable.

We booked last minute looking to evacuate from hurricane and found an AWESOME retreat! The host communicated with us several times offering to assist in any way and if needed was also willing to extend our stay. We will definitely have this place in mind for future trips in Austin area. This house is secluded yet close to everything you could need.

The host was very responsive.The house needs upgrades on ALLAppliances or repair. The dryer took 2 hours to dry a basic load. The oven temp was off. The dishwasher had rusted spikes on both levels. We had to go buy some pans in order to cook a meal
