• Minimum booking age: 25+
• Driveway parking for up to 4 vehicles (no street parking)
• The house is located inside the Stillwater Lakes Civic Association. Guests are REQUIRED to register with the HOA.
• No unregistered guests allowed - the host must approve all visitors
• Amenity passes purchased separately
• Exterior security cameras for safety
• We cannot accommodate same-day check-in registrations

This property can accommodate up to 10 guests per local regulations. Infants under 2 are not included in this count; up to 2 infants making a 12 total guest rental is possible.
Guests are REQUIRED to register with Stillwater Lakes Civic Association. Upon booking you will be asked for the following registration information and we will submit it on your behalf:
• Renter’s full name
• Renter’s home address
• Renter’s email
• Renter’s 24-hour contact phone number
• Total number of people in your party
• First and last names of all guests (maximum of 10), exactly as shown on a Driver’s License or ID
• Vehicle information (name of vehicle operator/driver, license plate, vehicle year/ make/model, (vehicle passes required for each vehicle)

Failure to provide this information in a timely manner will result in your stay being cancelled. Any unregistered person will not be granted access to the community

You need to purchase wristbands for the pool and beach:
• Wristbands can be purchased at the community office upon arrival
• $5 per person per day for ages 14 years and older, CASH ONLY
• No charge for guests under 14

PLEASE NOTE: Access to the Stillwater Lake community amenities is managed by the HOA and is subject to change without notice. Availability, operating hours, and reservation requirements are outside of our control. We recommend checking the official community website or calling their direct office phone number for the most up-to-date information before your stay.

PLEASE NOTE: We provide enough essential items to cover stays of about 2-3 nights. If you need more supplies during your stay, you can visit one of the following nearby stores: ShopRite, Weis Market, ALDI, Wawa

We do our best to ensure there is propane available for grills and/or fire pits, but cannot guarantee there will be propane for use throughout your stay. If all available tanks are empty, we ask that you refill a tank and provide a receipt for reimbursement. Note: be sure to refill/replace the existing tanks - do not purchase a brand new tank

When drought, weather or other conditions present an unusual fire risk, a burn ban may be imposed by the community without prior notice.

Given the rural setting of the property, occasional sightings of ants, spiders, flying insects, and mice may occur despite our year-round pest control efforts. We strive to manage these encounters to the best of our ability, but cannot guarantee that the house will be completely pest free.

WEATHER POLICY. We’re unable to offer refunds due to weather or natural disasters, so please plan accordingly.
A link to the rental agreement will be sent to you once the reservation is accepted. Your booking is only confirmed once it is signed. Kindly complete it within 24 hours to secure your reservation. If not signed within the deadline, your booking may be cancelled.
