Welcome to The Grand Caribbean. This charming 2nd-floor, 1-bedroom, 1-bath condo features hallway bunk beds and a sleeper sofa. This coastal retreat is perfect for a couple, family, and small group looking for a relaxing Orange Beach getaway. Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to prepare meals throughout your stay. Spend your days lounging by the outdoor pool (not heated), fitting in a workout at the fitness center, or unwinding on your private balcony while soaking in your own little slice of paradise. We are located just across the street from one of Orange Beach's most beautiful beaches "Cotton Bayou Public Beach " . The sugar-white sand and emerald-green waters of the Gulf of Mexico is just a 2-minute drive or approximately a 6-minute walk. (per Google Maps). We offers a quieter, more intimate setting, while still keeping you close to all the best Orange Beach has to offer. You'll be within minutes of excellent restaurants, local shopping, golf courses, marinas, and popular attractions, including Adventure Island, The Wharf, and Gulf State Park.

Complimentary STARTER supply of essentials
We provide a complimentary starter supply of essentials to help you settle in, including travel size shampoo, soap, one dishwasher detergent pod, one laundry detergent pod, one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, one roll of paper towels, and one trash bag for each trash can. These items are intended to get you started so you won't have to rush to the store and battle the crowds on your first evening. Once the starter supplies have been used, guests are responsible for purchasing any additional items needed for the remainder of their stay.

PARKING & PROPERTY RULES
We want your stay to be as enjoyable and stress-free as possible! Please review the following community rules to help ensure a smooth experience for everyone.
Please use the VRPS (digital parking permit system) to purchase your parking passes.
A maximum of 2 parking passes are allowed per condo
Parking passes are $50 each, per visit.
Passes must be purchased using the VRPS system within 4 hours of arrival. A link will be emailed to you or you can scan the QR code located in the elevator. Onsite security strictly enforces this requirement.
Parking pass purchases are final and cannot be canceled, refunded, or reduced once purchased.
The covered parking garage is reserved for property owners.

Pets
Pets are not permitted for guests.

FITNESS CENTER Please read and follow all posted fitness center rules.
Hours: 9:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m.
Guests must be 18 years of age or older to use the fitness center.
Children are not permitted.
Proper workout attire is required. Swimsuits, wet clothing, and open-toe shoes are prohibited.
Closed-toe athletic shoes (tennis shoes) must be worn.
Headphones are encouraged when others are using the facility.
Maximum occupancy is 8 people.
Wipe down equipment after each use.
Report any equipment or facility issues to management.
POOL AND VERANDA AREA Please read and follow all posted pool rules.
Pool Hours: 9:00 a.m. – 10:00 p.m.
No glass containers are permitted in the pool or veranda area.
No smoking or vaping.
Please do not adjust or touch the televisions.
GRILLING
Open-flame grills and open fires are not permitted on balconies or anywhere in the common areas.
Please use the community grilling area provided and kindly clean the grill after use so it's ready for the next guest.
SURVEILLANCE
For the safety and security of residents and guests, the property's common areas are monitored by surveillance cameras.

CANCELLATION POLICY
If you need to cancel your reservation, please refer to the Cancellation Policy outlined in our Terms & Conditions on our website.
Please note that credit card processing fees are non-refundable.

AMENITY AND ELEVATOR DISCLAIMER
While the Association and management team work diligently to maintain all property amenities, availability of amenities cannot be guaranteed. From time to time, amenities such as pools, hot tubs, fitness centers, tennis courts, beach access points, and other common areas may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, repairs, weather conditions, safety concerns, or circumstances beyond our control. No refunds or compensation will be provided for the temporary loss of amenities.
Guests with mobility limitations or those who require elevator access should carefully consider their accommodations before booking. While elevator outages are rare, they can occur without notice due to maintenance, repairs, power interruptions, or emergency situations. In the event elevators are unavailable, access to upper floors may be limited to stairways only. Guests who are unable to comfortably use stairs are encouraged to book a ground-floor unit or alternative accommodation that better meets their accessibility needs. Neither the property owner, homeowners association, nor management company can guarantee uninterrupted elevator service during any stay.
