The open living area provides comfortable seating, Gulf views, and direct access to the private balcony. A double sleeper sofa offers additional sleeping accommodations for up to two guests. The dining and breakfast-bar areas provide space for casual meals, morning coffee, or planning the day’s Orange Beach adventures.

Bathrooms

The condominium includes two full bathrooms.

The primary bedroom has a private ensuite bathroom with a tub-and-shower combination. The second full bathroom serves the guest bedroom and common living areas and also includes a step-in shower.



Laundry

A full-size washer and dryer are located inside the condominium for guest use, making the property especially convenient for beach vacations and extended stays.



Private Balcony and View

Step onto the private Gulf-facing balcony to enjoy the coastal breeze and views overlooking the community pool, Perdido Beach Boulevard, and the Gulf of Mexico beyond.



The second-floor setting provides an elevated Gulf view without the extreme height of a high-rise condominium. The primary bedroom and living area both provide convenient access to the balcony.



Please note that Grand Caribbean is located across the street from the beach and is not directly beachfront. Perdido Beach Boulevard is visible between the condominium and the Gulf.



Guest Access:

Guests have private access to the entire condominium and balcony, excluding any locked owner storage areas.



The reservation also includes shared access to Grand Caribbean’s community amenities:

All community amenities are shared with other owners and guests and are subject to posted operating hours, HOA rules, weather conditions, maintenance, and temporary closures.



Pool Information

Pool hours are generally 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.

Children ages 12 and younger must be accompanied by an adult.

No glass is permitted in the pool area.

Smoking and vaping are prohibited.

Guests must rinse off sand before entering the pool.

Pool furniture may not be reserved with unattended towels or personal belongings.

There is no guaranteed lifeguard on duty.

Fitness Room



The community fitness room is available subject to posted age, supervision, capacity, and equipment-use rules. Guests should clean equipment after use and avoid loud music or dropping weights.



Private amenity access information will be provided with the arrival instructions and should not be shared publicly.



Parking

Parking is managed separately by the Grand Caribbean condominium association and is not included in the reservation total.



Electronic parking permits are currently $50 per vehicle, per stay.

A maximum of two vehicles is permitted for the condominium.

Guests will receive an email before arrival with instructions for registering and paying for parking.

Parking permits are electronic; paper passes are not normally issued.

Vehicle make, model, license plate number, and issuing state must be entered correctly.

Guests using a rental car may pay for parking in advance and add the final vehicle details before arrival.

If the registration email is not received, QR codes are posted throughout the parking area for on-site registration.

Unregistered vehicles may be immobilized, booted, or towed at the vehicle owner’s expense.



Grand Caribbean 208 includes access to one assigned covered parking space. A second registered vehicle may park in an available space in the uncovered lot. Only one vehicle may use the assigned covered space.



Parking fees, registration procedures, and HOA requirements are subject to change. Guests should follow the instructions provided shortly before arrival.



Additional Vehicles

Only two vehicles may be parked at Grand Caribbean.

Limited off-site overflow parking for a third vehicle may be available through the property manager approximately two miles from the condominium for $50 per vehicle, per stay. Advance arrangements are required, and availability is not guaranteed.



Oversized vehicles, recreational vehicles, renter golf carts, jet skis, and unapproved trailers are not permitted on the property.



Boats and Public Boat Launch

The Cotton Bayou public boat launch is located directly behind or immediately adjacent to the Grand Caribbean property, making this a convenient location for guests interested in boating or fishing.



Boat and trailer parking at the condominium is highly restricted:

During the period from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend, on-site vessel spaces are reserved for deeded owners.

Outside that period, limited renter boat parking may be available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Advance registration, proof of insurance, and payment of a separate HOA fee are required.

Current boat-parking rates are $20 per day, $100 per week, or $300 per month.

Only eight vessel spaces are available.

The maximum permitted vessel length is 30 feet, measured from the front of the trailer to the rear of the motor.

Vehicles must be disconnected from trailers while parked.

Repairs or maintenance may not be performed on boats in the parking area.



Guests planning to bring a boat must contact the property manager before arrival. Boat parking is never guaranteed without completed registration and written approval.

Beach Access

Public beach access is located directly across Perdido Beach Boulevard near the Cotton Bayou public beach area.

Guests may reach the beach by:

Walking across the street using the marked pedestrian crosswalk

Driving across the street when transporting additional beach equipment

The walk from the condominium to the public beach access generally takes approximately five minutes, depending on pedestrian traffic and mobility.

Beach-chair and umbrella rentals, when available, are arranged separately and are not included with the reservation. Guests may also bring their own beach equipment, subject to local beach regulations.
