Charming Cozy Apartment Like Space in House - Corona safe environment

NOTE: This place is corona virus safe in the sense that you have your own separate outside entrance and it has been thoroughly cleaned and surfaces disinfected. You can totally socially isolate here should you choose!

The Space:

Beautifully appointed and very cozy studio apartment like space, in my house with separate private entrance, and with everything you need to feel comfortable while visiting the Portland area. The kitchenette is fully stocked in case you like to bake or cook your meals. Microwave, toaster, blender, toaster oven, refrigerator with a small cafe table for enjoying morning coffee. Queen size private bed with a full-size futon for extra sleeping accommodation. There is plenty of free street parking, a washer and dryer for use, and free Wifi included. There is no inside smoking or pets allowed.

This location is a short drive or a nice walk to the river and only 10 minutes drive to downtown Portland (or hop on the new light rail). Walking distance to coffee, groceries and a very short walk or drive to downtown Milwaukie where you'll find quaint cafes the headquarters of Dark Horse Comics, a collectors mall, highly recommended restaurants, a food cart pod, a beautiful brand new library, etc. We have a book of local sights, cafes, restaurants, and transportation that is kept in the apartment as a resource for you.

The apartment is in a nice and quiet residential neighborhood and is very private with a door in the back of the house. Walk through a beautiful landscaped walkway to your own private entry. You'll feel tucked in and cozy in your beautiful, Zen space!

If you don't rent a car or have your own, there is ample public transportation as well as Uber and Lyft for your convenience, and is now a short walk to the new light rail. Portland is known for its great public transportation and it keeps getting better. The light rail can be taken directly to and from the airport.
