Location of the apartment is excellent and clearly new (no others customers have used the apartment.

Some information in the listing could be misleading: • Privated swimming pool located approximately 30 minutes away on foot. • Free parking location in the Town. Therefore, parking cannot really be considered guaranteed or readily availab Regarding the facilities, there are also some discrepancies with the description: • The listing states that the apartment has air conditioning, but there is no air conditioning. • It also mentions a private terrace, which is not available. • The apartment has very limited ventilation and excessive humidity. As a result, we have noticed the presence of mould/fungus on the wall in the hallway next to the bathroom. This is something that we believe should be addressed as a matter of priority. Equipment and condition of the apartment: Bathroom / laundry area • There was also a leak underneath the toilet. • There is no suitable place to hang or dry clothes after using the washing machine. Bedrooms • There are no proper curtains on the windows facing the entrance of the apartment. • A roller blind was installed as an attempted solution, but it does not cover the entire window, allowing significant light to enter, and it was also poorly installed. Kitchen • There is no extractor hood, which makes cooking uncomfortable and leaves the apartment with cooking smells and humidity. • The flooring material is very porous and stains very easily, while being difficult to clean properly. • There is no microwave. • There are no dessert spoons. Information should be provided to tourists regarding waste collection and the correct way to dispose of the apartment's rubbish. Clearer instructions for accessing the apartment would also be helpful, as the entrance key is extremely difficult to turn and the lock is very stiff.
