Beautiful, modern and functional apartment in the genuine Spanish village of Isla Plana, on the hills of Mojon Hills.
A large terrace outside the living room and kitchen, for you to enjoy both days and nights.
Two good size bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds and one bathroom with shower.
Close to the communal pool and about 6-700 meters to the beach.
Many affordable and charming restaurants in the village. You will also find a local grocery store in Isla Plana. More large food markets in Puerto de Mazarrón. Local shops such as pharmacy, bakery, fish shop, hardware store, ice cream parlor, etc. Several very nice beaches with different character along a strip of beach of 20 km.
The entire apartment is available for guests.
Spaindinavia, which takes care of all guests, will meet guests upon check-in. Spaindinavia is then nearby, if something happens or the guests need help.
Mojon Hills is a very nice and quiet area. As it is located on the hills of Isla Plana, we recommend that you have a car.

Please note that the air-conditioning has a pre-paid card system. That means our guests can buy a pre-paid card for the value of 10 or 20 euro during check-in, if air-conditioning is to be used.
For everyone`s comfort, there are certain house rules. Please read them and respect the owners`.
• No more people can stay in the rental property than the booking states, and you have registered with Casas De Bahia.
• All guests must be pre-registered before check-in.
• The one who made the reservation must be in place the entire time.
• No smoking inside. If smoking outside: close doors and windows (do not let the smell come inside).
• No subletting in any kind is allowed.
• No pets or animals are allowed in the rental property. If you want to bring your pet, please contact us.
• Close / reel in or secure sunshade, umbrellas, awnings, and cushions when it´s windy, during the night or when you are leaving the property. Strong winds can easily break the fabric.
• Always shower before going into the pool. No sand or sun-cream must end up in the pool for hygienic reasons.
• Do not keep keys in the key lock on the inside of the door. If keys are kept in the key lock, you cannot open the door from the outside. In this case a locksmith needs to come and change lock. The cost is at the guest’s expense.
Keys are not allowed to be copied. Lost keys mean an additional cost of 50 euro (change of lock for security reasons) for the guest.
• Towels from the property may not be brought to the beach.
• The area is quiet and peaceful, loud parties or music is not allowed in the property.
• If something breaks or get lost, please replace damage items, and let us know about it.
• If the rental property has a BBQ, this must be cleaned if used. If it is left in a dirty condition, an additional cost of 20 euros will be charged for extra cleaning.
• Put the garbage & litter in the allocated bins on the street.
• Leave the property tidy and in a good condition when checking out.
• Air conditioning has a separate meter for pre-paid cards. That means that you, when you check-in, may buy a card from us, for the value of 10€ or 20€, in order to use the A/C (hot and/or cold).
