About this villa rental
This exclusive modern villa is located in the Spanish village of Isla Plana. In the high season, it gets very lively, but still retains the advantage of not being overcrowded. Although a small village, Isla Plana is very well served with a supermarket, ATM, tobacconist, fishmonger, kiosk, hardware store, veterinarian, bakery, bank, small clinic, pharmacy, cafes and restaurants. All these amenities and the nearest beach from the villa are 15 and 8 minutes' walking distance respectively. In addition, large sandy beaches are to be found in Puerto Mazarron less than a 10-minute drive away.
The villa has 2 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms on the ground floor (one of them ensuite) and on the first floor a self-contained apartment with a double bedroom. Outdoors you will find the south-east-facing garden, the private pool with an outdoor shower and toilet, and a BBQ pit. Regardless of the weather, the covered terrace offers the possibility to stay or dine outdoors at any time. From the terrace and the solarium (on the roof) the villa offers a magnificent view of the sea and the mountains. The location of the garden with pool offers plenty of sun for most of the day. If it gets too sunny, you could retreat to the adjacent shaded terrace, which is equipped with remote-controlled ceiling fans. The walled solarium provides privacy while sunbathing or simply relaxing with panoramic views of the sea and mountains. The evenings on the solarium are especially pleasant, with a great view of the illuminated, glittering coast of the neighbouring village of La Azohia. Parking is off-road within the property premises and with a remote-controlled electric gate.
The living/dining areas and all bedrooms have individually controlled air conditioning cooling and heating functions. The villa is fully equipped with Fibre-Optic Wi-Fi (600 Mbps) and modern electrical appliances viz. 3x smart TVs with British, German, Spanish, and other international programs, a DVD player & Hi-Fi. Furthermore, a well-equipped kitchen with appliances such as fridge/freezer, coffee maker, toaster, ceramic stove, oven, microwave, electric mixer, baking utensils, etc.

Family of 6 stayed for 2 weeks. Loved the location and size of the private pool. Could walk to the beach, restaurants and bars. Comfortable villa with lots of crockery and cooking stuff. Sarah very helpful, easy to check in and always available for advice.

A lovely villa and great contact with owner Heidi and on site Manager Sarah...all 5 stars for villa, Isla Plana small and you do need to check restaurant opening times...a car is probably essential...all in all a great 2 weeks...David

We had a very relaxing holiday in this beautiful spacious villa. The villa is very well equipped with plenty of everything. The beds are comfortable and the villa is tastefully decorated with love. The swimming pool is a good size and very well maintained. There is also a good sized BBQ. and plenty of sunbeds. There are numerous beautiful beaches nearby, some offering sunbeds with shades and some with sandy beaches. The caretakers Sarah and John are lovely and always easily contactable.

Just come back from a relaxing 2 week break staying in this wonderful villa.
We had a group of 5 staying with my wife, two sons and my father. The actual villa was set out perfectly for us with my father staying in the self contained apartment upstairs and us staying in the downstairs area.
Everything was as described and the villa was clean and tidy.
The swimming pool was just the right size and the whole outside area benefits from sunshine all day.
With regards to the location, we couldnt have asked for more, with the beach just a short 5 min walk and restaurants and cafes in Isla Plana 10 mins walk.
There is off road parking for our hire car which was useful and loads to see and do in the area having a car is useful.
The area surrounding the villa is built up, but the whole area is peaceful.
Last thing is the help we got from villa owner Heidi and Tony which and property managers Sarah and John looking after us during our stay.
I would definitely go back to stay again.
