Camboinhas Beach, with swimming pool and great comfort

Beautifully decorated apartment featuring two bedrooms, a spacious living room, and a balcony with a stunning view, just 100 meters from Camboinhas beach. All rooms have excellent climate control, ensuring comfort even on the hottest days. The building offers a pool, sauna, restaurant, and every amenity you could wish for.
Smoking, parties, and events are not allowed. After booking, guests must send images of the IDs of all guests and an image of the vehicle document so the condominium administration can authorize entry. When available, we offer the option of early check-in from 11 a.m. and late checkout until 1 p.m. for a fee of 80 reais.
The master bedroom has a very comfortable queen bed, a 43" TV, and split air conditioning. In the second bedroom, there is a triple bunk bed, a spacious desk, and split air conditioning. Next to the bedroom, there is a half bath. The kitchen is compact and very well planned, with a four-burner stove, oven, and a hood for perfect ventilation. It also offers a frost-free refrigerator, microwave, and everything else you might need to prepare your meals. In the living room, you’ll find a sofa that converts into a single bed, a 50" TV, split air conditioning, and a glass door that separates it from the balcony, allowing you to enjoy the beautiful view without losing the comfort of an air-conditioned environment. The balcony is also spacious and offers a great connection with nature, as it is not enclosed and has a lovely view. Since we are offering a promotional rate during the low season, when renting for only two guests, the second bedroom will be locked. If you need access to it, there is an additional fee of 100 reais.
In addition to the apartment, guests have access to all leisure areas of the condominium. Our condominium has a structure similar to a resort. - Restaurant: Breakfast from 6:30 AM. Whenever possible, I like to welcome guests in person. However, we also offer a self-check-in option, which allows our guests greater flexibility with their arrival time.
