About this vacation rental

A modern cottage built in 2019 in the western Himos area, on a slope above the golf course. The cottage has two stories, and its terraces offer views of the golf course. The upper-level terrace features an open-air area as well as a glassed-in and covered section. Both areas are furnished with patio furniture. In addition, the cottage’s ground floor features a terrace with patio furniture and an outdoor hydro massage bath available for rent at an additional cost. The entrance to the cottage is on the upper floor, which features a spacious living room/kitchen, three bedrooms, and a bathroom with a shower. The kitchen is well-equipped, and the dining area seats ten people. The kitchen is equipped with two fridge-freezers, an induction stove, a microwave, a dishwasher, a coffee maker and kettle, a toaster, and an electric mixer. The cozy living area also offers plenty of space for hosting a gathering. The cottage has a total of five bedrooms, each with two beds. Three bedrooms are located upstairs and two downstairs. Downstairs there is a separate TV room with a TV, a spacious sofa, and a foosball table. The ground floor also features a sauna with an electric stove, a washroom with two showers, a separate toilet, and a toilet in the washroom. The ground-floor terrace has an outdoor hydro massage bath available for rent at an additional cost and garden furniture. The yard has parking space for several cars. The cottage has an internet connection and a Wi-Fi modem.
