Recently built one bed/studio type apt was in excellent condition, well-appointed, and with all mod-cons in good working order.
We arrived late in the evening and our host was unavailable for introductory handover etc but he had access to front door lock remotely from his phone, so all went very smoothly.
Nothing to dislike really, but worth mentioning that very small amounts of water seeps/leaks from the shower door surround: not a problem to guest and in time this may discolour or even damage the grouting of surrounding floor tiles.
