Zanzinest Apartment

Unfortunately we ended up staying in a different apartment than advertised here, but the same owner gave us another place because we had to cancel this booking and then asked later if he could still help us with a place to stay so this apartment was a little more expensive (in shilling it was 20 000 more) but it was worth it! AC in both bedrooms and a fan in the kitchen. 1 bedroom with double bed the other 2 single beds. Free WiFi. Towels available. Bathrooms were neat and tidy with an inside bathroom - toilet and shower and an outside toilet, both very nice and clean. A pretty little terrace outside (where the 2nd toilet also is). The kitchen has a kettle and small one plate gas stove and is equipped with the basic things. I hope the other apartments are also like this one because it was really nice, or you can contact the owner (his number is on this site and is also on whatsapp) and maybe find out what the actual apartments do have, or if you want to stay in the same apartment we did, just ask him about it. If I new it was so well equipped I would stay a few nights, we only stayed 1 night.

Unfortunately the power went off (due to load shedding) and only came on at 4 in the morning, so just to keep in mind the town has load shedding and to have extra light/torches on hand. Luckily the AC cooled off the apartment enough that we managed through the night without getting too hot. All the restaurants down the street run on generators so that is nice if you want to go eat out. On the website they mentioned breakfast is included but that is not true. Must've been a mistake when they put the info on this site.
