Расположение отличное, рядом набережная и рынок. Интересные дизайнерские решения в обстановке. Кухня, чайник, чай и кофе в подарок.
Звукоизоляция, планировка. Сокрее всего помещение переделано из места общего пользования. Картины развешаны для маскировки дыр в стенах. Потолок в санузле - нижняя часть лестницы на второй этаж. Был заявлен холодильник - оказался сломан, хорошо, что заменили. Не было зеркала. 2 недели просил выписать счёт, пришлось самому его изготавливать.
