Breakfast was below expectations, with very limited options. Only boiled eggs were available, with no fried or scrambled alternatives. Khubus was unavailable and the bread was smelling as it was stale. Additionally, I observed a noticeable difference in the way staff interacted with guests — responses were warm and courteous toward Arabic‑speaking guests, whereas non‑Arabic speakers often received noticeably colder and less welcoming service.

The property was upto mark and was clean too
The rooms were small and there was no towels available in the WC wifi was bit slow too
The shuttle service was commited every 20 min but in actual it was 40 min and due to construction of masjid ul haram the entrance for the haram was not available from this side you have to walk almost 20 mins from the shuttle station
