Location is good, nearby food available specially I would like to praise hotel shuttle service to join holy Mosque (Haram Shareef)

WiFi should be improved because in room WiFi was not working

Value for money. Location is okay, but for family, it can become a hassle to come back to the hotel by walking when the bus is not there. Overall, at the price we paid to stay there, it was a great experience except for the travel from the Haram to the hotel. Also, the reception was very helpful for us; check-in and check-out were very easy. The receptionist who helped us check in and out was also friendly. The other stuff was nice too.

I didn't like the bus service when coming back from Haram. Also, sometimes they would drop farther from Haram. While it was okay when they dropped off, they need to fix their shuttle bus service from Haram to the hotel. They need to fix an exact place where we can find the bus at all times, or at least be consistent with the place from where they take us to the hotel.
