SAL Collection Hotel

Lovely hotel in a superb location! Wonderfully friendly, nice and helpful staff, especially Ana & Andrada. (Can't remember the 3rd lady's name - sorry. Also very nice.) Breakfast is great value and the ability to grab a snack at any time is fantastic & much appreciated! View was of an alleyway, which was fine as it was a quiet room so suited us perfectly :-)

Entrance is tricky if you have heavy bags. One has to climb quite a few stairs to get to reception. My tip is: send 1 person to reception with both/all IDs; check in; then access the lift / elevator on the ground (1st for our US friends) in the adjacent alleyway with the bags. (Needs a code given at check-in.) (Not a complaint!) Tip #2: Also, if dropping off bags & people at the hotel, park briefly at the RHS of the road a few yards before the hotel. There are no poles there, so a couple of cars can park to drop-off / pick-up.

Quanta gentileza ! A funcionária Patrícia uma simpatia ! Que hotel ! Que experiência incrível! Indico de olhos fechados! Voltarei com certeza ! Ficarei só lá !

Tudooooooo

The location, right in the heart of the tourism area. The canal and gondolas, literally 20 metres from the door, restaurants and bar area just behind the hotel. Large shopping mall 100 metres away. Breakfast room was available all day with coffee, teas snacks and fruit.

Nothing to dislike, everything was as described/displayed on line.
