Well equipped, stylish apartment on middle floor of renovated pub. All new furniture and fixings, very comfortable and a spacious bathroom. You can see the sea from the deck which is a sun trap and easy access to the beach.Good base for exploring Rye and surrounding area

Right above a community space hired out for a party on our first night- bit noisy but over by 10pm!
