The personal touch, the friendliness of the staff, the fresh food on offer at an affordable price, the fact that it was so quiet but also well located near the lake with mountain views too. Natalie and her mom take really good care of everyone and have styled the place with a lot of love, attention to detail, and passion. I was travelling alone and I felt safe, welcome, super comfortable :)
