Bardzo sympatyczny Pan właściciel. Zwierzątka na podwórku - nam akurat to nie przeszkadzało.
Obiekt był ogólnie dość zaniedbany i brudny. Na podwórku rano unosił się nieprzyjemny zapach, a wokół znajdowało się mnóstwo niepotrzebnych i starych rzeczy. Pokój również pozostawiał wiele do życzenia pod względem czystości. Pościel wyglądała na czystą, ale niestety nie rekompensowało to pozostałych niedociągnięć. Wiele rzeczy było w złym stanie technicznym – klamka w łazience wypadała, klamki w kuchni również były uszkodzone. Ogólnie można było odnieść wrażenie, że wyposażenie obiektu jest mocno zużyte i stopniowo się rozpada. Zdecydowanie przydałoby się gruntowne sprzątanie, uporządkowanie terenu oraz naprawa podstawowych elementów wyposażenia.
